Melyqra is used by private clinics to answer patient enquiries, qualify interest and arrange appointments. Each clinic works inside its own private workspace and only that clinic's team can access its leads, conversations and appointments.

The website chat asks a patient to confirm consent before a conversation begins. Chat messages, contact details a patient provides and appointment records are stored so the clinic team can continue the conversation and manage the booking.

Clinics can review patient records inside their workspace, remove a patient's data on request, and configure how long chat history is retained.
